SHIPPING INFO 

All orders placed during business hours will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Shipping via USPS is FREE (continental US) and delivers typically within 1-5 days. You have the option to request expedited UPS service (Next Day or 2-Day) for a carrier calculated rate that will be added to your purchase at check-out. If you need your order sooner please email us at info@sachijewelry.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  Please note that all orders are shipped insured, therefore, will require a signature confirmation.  

ONLINE RETURN POLICY
IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, YOU CAN SEND IT BACK TO US FOR A REFUND MINUS SHIPPING CHARGES WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE. ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION. CUSTOM ORDERS AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. ITEMS PURCHASED DURING SPECIAL PROMOTIONS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. PLEASE EMAIL INFO@SACHIJEWELRY.COM IF YOU ARE UNSURE.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
All international orders are final sale.  
 
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake. 
 

TAXES 

Sales tax of 9% will be added to all sales shipping to a California postal code.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Rates for international shipments are a flat fee of $40.

BACKORDERS

There may be times when an item you wish to order may have recently been sold or is on backorder. Backorder simply means that the product is out of stock. We will contact you within 72 hours to let you know an item is backordered and let you know when the item is back in stock and ready to ship. Additionally, we reserve the right to not fulfill any order of an item listed in error.   

SPECIAL ORDERS 

When you place a special order, you have committed to the item. Please note that special orders are outside the scope of regular designed production and are both non-refundable and non-exchangeable from the time the order is placed.
